  • Dry Needling is a skilled technique in which small needles are inserted through the skin at precise locations to stimulate the body's own healing responses, including increased blood flow and reduced muscle spasm. Dry needling is an effective technique to assist with neuro-musculoskeletal pain and mobility impairments. Electrical stimulation may be applied through needles to enhance the body’s response.

    • Strain/Counterstrain techniques

Together, these approaches help optimize mobility, reduce discomfort, and improve functional movement.

  • Discover the difference that skilled, hands-on therapy can make. Our myofascial release sessions are designed to gently and effectively reduce pain, restore movement, and improve overall body balance by addressing restrictions within the fascia, the connective tissue that supports and surrounds every muscle and joint. This highly specialized manual technique requires advanced clinical training, refined touch, and a deep understanding of human movement. Each session is personalized to your unique needs, combining evidence-informed assessment with expert therapeutic technique to relieve tension, improve flexibility, and enhance function. Clients often describe a sense of ease and freedom that extends beyond the treatment session, supporting both recovery and long-term wellness. Whether you are recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to move more freely and comfortably in daily life, myofascial release provides a powerful, individualized approach to healing and performance. Experience the benefits of expert care that prioritizes your body’s natural ability to restore balance and function.

We can assist you in recovering strength, stability, and agility as you prepare to return to your sport of choice. We use standardized tests to help make the decision as to when you’re ready to get back out on the field in order to reduce your risk for a secondary injury. See Recreational Rehabilitation above for additional info on sports recovery!
